The Job
We require a Service Quality Tester to oversee the dealership workshop activities and provide and exceed our customer expectations for our iconic London Taxi
Reporting to the Operations Manager, main duties and responsibilities will include:-
To ensure diagnostic, maintenance, servicing and repair work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality possible.
To ensure that all work is of the quality to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
To ensure that materials and equipment is used efficiently and the effective use of labour is maximised.
To control and supervise staff in the use of equipment, tools and best repair methods.
To work very closely with the workshop controller to create an environment of high team spirit and best practice.
To enhance the reputation of Mann & Overton and LTI Vehicles at every opportunity when interacting with others.
The Person
The person for this job would have a desire to succeed, ensuring customer satisfaction is high in their list of priorities. The ability to lead a team and cultivate meaningful inter-personal relationships will be a distinct advantage.
The Requirements
You should possess a minimum of 3 years technical experience, ideally within the taxi motor trade. Kerridge Autoline Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office products experience is desirable.

We currently have a vacancy at our Edinburgh dealership for a high calibre Sales Executive. The purpose of the role is to ensure maximum vehicle sales and profitability.
Our market sector is unusual, highly challenging and one where customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
If you have a sales background ideally with motor trade/commercial vehicle experience and excellent customer handling skills, this could be the unique challenge you've been waiting for.
Basic salary with OTE, contributory pension scheme and opportunity to drive a famous black cab as your job car reflects the importance of this role to the success of the organisation. Although based at our fantastic new showroom in Livingstone, Edinburgh, you will also be required to work externally and visit ranks, various city centres to attract sales.
